Patrick "Pat" Espinosa

Managing Partner

Biography
Humble, compassionate, and approachable. Patrick Espinosa is a known name in the Cleveland Metropolitan area. As an attorney, businessman, and son of immigrant parents, Pat has had an incredible impact in Northeast Ohio over the past decade. He has practiced law for over 11 years, having started in professional sports management in Miami, Florida.

Pat and his wife moved to her home state of Ohio, and he immediately noticed a problem. With over 150,000 Spanish speakers in Northeast Ohio, few attorneys offered Spanish-centered services—even fewer had Spanish-sounding names. While other firms felt intimidating and unapproachable, Pat sought to change that. Pat grew up in a Latino household, being a first-generation Colombian-American. He created a firm that brings the warmth of Latin America to Ohio. Sus Abogados Latinos was born in 2021 and has been steadily growing and expanding its influence.

Pat is fluent in both English and Spanish and regularly communicates with his clients. Regardless of the complexity of your case, Pat will sit down with you and explain what your best options are moving forward. Pat regularly practices in a variety of courts from municipal courts around the state, immigration courts across the country, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Pat is a father of two and enjoys cooking when he has free time.

Attentive, communicative, and efficient. Serving as the Director of Operations, Bea uses her planning and logistical expertise by communicating costs, timelines, and updates to each of our clients and potential new clients. Bea was born and raised in the city of Aguascalientes in central Mexico. Through the city’s known diversified economy ranging from Japanese automobile plants to pharmaceutical laboratories, Bea began her career in operational manufacturing overseeing supply chain projects and operations. She quickly excelled in her capacity and was eventually in the same roles in Australia and the US. Finding herself in Lake County, Ohio, Bea connected with managing partner, Patrick Espinosa, and quickly navigated her way through complicated immigration issues and court procedures.

As a naturalized citizen, Bea understands the complexity of our nation’s immigration laws. She uses her first-hand, lived experiences to give our clients the most comprehensive communication they deserve. She is a dedicated mother of two and is an avid baker. Agustin “Auggie” Torres

Director of Client Relations

Biography
Vivacious and dedicated. Auggie has been living in greater Cleveland for the past 27 years. Before coming to Cleveland, he worked as a bartender in the bustling nightlife of Cancun, Mexico, a huge contrast from his humble upbringing in a small fishing village on the coast of Veracruz, Mexico. What Auggie brings to the table is an effervescent hunger for expansion. Having worked for decades in the restaurant industry in Northeast Ohio—even owning one for a couple of years—Auggie is empathetic to the lifestyle of a newly arrived immigrant. When thinking of how to reach clients, Auggie is what brings our firm a unique advantage—his determination.

Auggie is a firm believer in second chances, as he considers himself a very lucky man. Auggie did not have accessible education as a child, and attending school was a privilege. With the little English he began with, Auggie transcended barriers and earned his GED in 2011. He then got his Associates, and eventually had the privilege to earn his bachelor’s degree with summa cum laude honors. While pursuing his bachelor’s degree, Auggie had a research project funded by the university in which he demonstrated the great impact of the African diaspora of his home state of Veracruz. He regularly speaks at events and shares his unique and inspiring story to the masses.

Auggie is known to light up a room, and he ardently stands for immigrant’s rights. He is an outspoken activist with groups suffering from discrimination and disadvantages from his own lived experiences.
